And total peace by chakras balancing, which are the main source of our energy. |

| SATH KARM:- There are six ways to clean and do-toxify our body mentioned in yog shastra such as Neti, Dhoti, Basti, Nauli, Tratak and Kapal Bhati. |
NETI is a technique to clean our upper part of body specially above the neck it is beneficial in tonsils, sinus, headache, hearing and eyes problem.
DHOTI is a technique to clean our lungs & stomach which improves our digestive system, beneficial in peptic clean acidity and asthma.
BASTI is a technique to clean our intestines and lower part of body relives constipalior and beneficial in colitis, piles, and fistula, apendix.
NAULI is a technique to clean our epigastrium region organs and beneficial in strengthning liver, spleen, gall bladder stomach and intestine.
TRATAK is a technique to improve eye sight and concentration.
KAPAL BHATI is a technique to clean our Kapal (Head Region) so beneficial in head problem such as migrain, fits and memory related problems.

ASAN:- These are different kind of posture which gives our body stability and flaxibality.Make our muscles, ligaments and bones strong. There are eighty four lakh asan as mentioned in the
yog shatra, but one must learn then from perfact Guru (Teacher).
BANDH AND MUDRAS :- There are three types of bandhas mentioned such as Mool Bandh Jalandhar bandh. By practicing these bandhs. One can be free from all bondages. |
MOOL BANDH : It is performed by contracting anus muscles. By practising it regularly one can stop aging process.
UDDIYAN BANDH : It is performed by contracting stomach muscles. It is beneficial to stop asthma attack and pran enters into sushmana Nadi.
JALANDHAR BANDH : It is performed to lock chin by touching the chin to chest. It improves our voice makes it melodious and strengths heart.

| MUDRAS : These are different kind of gestures which brings tren endious changes in our body. Main Mudras and Vaayu Mudra, Prithvi Mudra, Varun Mudra, Shunya Mudra, Surya Mudra, Pran Mudra,span Mudra. All mudra should be performed at least 45 minutes any where any time. |
 | VAAYU MUDRA : It is performed by touching index finger to the root of thumb. By practising this mudra one can get rid of gout, unvoluntry movement of any part of body, any kind of pain leaving ear and stomach pain. |

 | PRITHVI MUDRA : It is performed by touching ring finger to the tip of thumb as shown in picture. It is beneficial for thin and lean persons, removes weakness of body, covers searcity of vitamins. |

 | VARUN MUDRA : It is performed by touching little finger's tip to the tip of thumb. It removes blood impurities, dryness of body. |

 | SHUNYA MUDRA : It is performed by touching big finger to the root of thumb as shown in picture. It remover all kind of ear trouble and pain, even deafness can be cured. |

 | SURYA MUDRA : It is performed by touching ring finger to the root of thumb as shown in picture. It remover swelling of body and makes body light so, very good for obesse people. Thin people should not perform it. |

 | PRAN MUDRA : It is performed by touching little and ring finger tips to the tip of thumb. It is beneficial in eye trouble breathing problems and it is gout pain is not benefited very much from vaayu mudra than this mudra should be performed alongwith. |

 | APAN MUDRA : It is performed touching index and finger tip to the thumb as shown in picture. It relieves constipation, removes toxins form the body , relieves stomach pain. |

VAAYU APAN MUDRA : It is performed by touching index finger to the root of thumb and big finger & ring finger tips are touched to the tip of thumb as shown in picture. It is very important mudra in modern time. It even controls heart attack. If any body experiencing heart attack he must perform it at the time of attack. It will immediately control the heart attack.

| PRANAYAMA means control breathing , where breathing is controled mind of pranayama such as Surya Bhedi, Chandra Bhedi,Ujjayi , Sheetkari , sheetli, Bhrastrica, Bhramri , moorcha , plavni. |
| DHYAN : It is great technique to control mind our emotion and senses. There are different kinds of meditations which can only learned from a perfact Guru (Teacher). One of the simplest method is to concentrate on your our breathing all the time think about your breathing and no other thought. Through regular practice one can learn it and it also requires patience. |
